Marketing & Communications Executive

Simply is looking for a bright creative to join as a Marketing & Communications Executive. the right candidate will be an experienced marketeer brining new ideas, with a passion for delivering effective messaging, customer service and results. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with both senior internal and external stakeholders.

The role is expected to grow with the individual, with initial responsibilities to include:

• Assist the Communications Manager with development of communications strategy and periodic planning of messaging.
• Copy and design creation for internal communications including presentation design and intranet content.
• Managing and creating content for all digital channels as well as measuring reporting on performance.
• Planning and drafting social media campaigns to help promote the brand and our message.
• Design content following Simply brand guidelines for all digital and external communication.
• Monitoring and updating the business website with content including new starters and customer case studies.
• Support with the launch, marketing, and communication on new business initiatives.

The Candidate must have:

• 2-5 years in a marketing and/or communications-based role.
• Proven track record with a successful marketing or communication campaign.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in graphic design and creation of visual concepts.
• Confident using image design software including Canva and the Adobe Creative suite including Photoshop.
• Flexible approach to working.
• The ability to roll up their sleeves and take initiative.
