Organiser
Purpose
The Competition aims to raise funds for the nominated charity. Each participating company will receive its own online giving page which will be linked to the main Simply Cup page. Employees and their contacts may donate via that page.
How it Works
2. Each participating company will have a unique fundraising page created by us.
3. Employees of that company may share their page link to collect donations.
4. Donations must be made directly via the official giving page for that company to count toward their total.
5. The fundraising period will run from the 3rd of November 2025 to the 8th of January 2026 (“Competition Period”).
6. The company whose page raises the highest total amount (as displayed on the fundraising platform at the end of the Competition Period) will be declared the winner.
Prize
7. The winning company will receive seven £100 vouchers of their choice (one per player).
Eligibility
8. The Competition is open to invited companies that have agreed to take part in the Simply Cup.
9. Each company may have up to 7 employees (which will be participating in the Simply Cup as players for their Company team) eligible for the prize.
10. Employees must be aged 18 or over.
11. Employees of Simply are not eligible.
Winner Selection & Notification
12. The total raised by each company will be verified using the giving platform’s data at the end of the Competition Period.
13. The winning company will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the closing date.
14. We may publicly announce the winning company’s name and total amount raised.
Donations
15. All donations go directly to Cancer Research UK via CRUK fundraise online page and are non-refundable.
16. Gift Aid may be added where applicable, but Gift Aid will not count toward the fundraising total used to determine the winner.
