Terms and Conditions for Simply Cup Fundraising Event 2026

1. Simply Asset Finance Operations Limited, registered in England at Harling House, 47-51 Great Suffolk Street, London, SE1 0BS (“Simply”) is the organiser of the cross bar challenge and raffle happening at Simply Cup Charity Football tournament, to raise money for the Cancer Research UK Charity (the “Simply Cup”).
2. Attendees at the Simply Cup can:

• buy raffle ticket lines for a chance to win a prize (“Raffle”); and/or
• participate in a cross bar challenge for a chance to win a voucher (“Cross Bar Challenge”). The entry fee of the cross bar challenge is included in the tournament entry fee for the seven players on each team.

3. By entering the Raffle and/or the Cross Bar Challenge, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“terms”).
4. Simply reserves the right to refuse to award the prize or voucher to anyone in breach of these terms.

Eligibility

5. The Raffle is open to anyone attending the Simply Cup, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
6. The Cross Bar Challenge is only open to the seven players of each team, aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. There will be no additional entries to these seven players.

Raffle and Cross Bar Challenge Entry

7. Entry to the Cross Bar Challenge is included in the price of the tournament entry. The price for one line of Raffle tickets is a £10.00 charitable donation, collected at the Simply Cup by a representative of the Cancer Research UK Charity directly, via their own card machine. 8. Subject to availability, entrants could purchase more than one Raffle ticket line. Only one entry per player from each team will be permitted.
9. The opening date for entries is 11:00 am GMT on 08 January 2026 at the Simply Cup. The closing date for entries will be at the end of the Simply Cup.

Winning the Raffle and/or the Cross Bar Challenge

10. For entrants attending the Simply Cup, the opportunity to win the prize or voucher will take place on the day of the Simply Cup, namely 08 January 2026.
11. The winners will be made aware of the prize or voucher that they have won by the end of the Simply Cup.
12. The winners of the Raffle will receive the prize they have won, which will be announced before each draw. The prizes of the Raffle are a £1,000.00 voucher to spend at an Apple Store, sponsored by Cynergy Bank. A Magnum of Minuty Rose sponsored by HH Business Finance. A Japanese Whiskey bottle sponsored by Novuna. A F&M Hamper sponsored by Arkle Finance.
13. The winner of the Cross Bar Challenge will receive a £1,000.00 voucher to spend at an Apple Store, sponsored by VIP Apps Consulting Limited.
14. The prizes and vouchers will be redeemable immediately after announcing the winners at the Simply Cup, or otherwise, the winner will be notified via email within a reasonable time-frame and in all cases within 20 days on how to redeem their prize or voucher, using the contact details provided at the point of entry.

Limitation of Liability

15. So far as is permitted by law, Simply, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the entrants or winners or accept any liability for any disappointment, loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the Cross Bar Challenge or Raffle or taking up the prize or voucher except where it is caused by the negligence of Simply, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
16. Simply, its agents and distributors exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: (i) any postponement, cancellation or material change of the Event; and (ii) any act or default by a winner resulting in the winner being unable to take up and activate the prize or voucher and/or any elements of it.

Data Protection

17. Personal information provided by entrants in registering for these competitions will be used by Simply for the purposes of administering the Cross Bar Challenge and Raffle.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of the Cross Bar Challenge and Raffle will be processed as set out in these terms and in Simply’s privacy policy which can be accessed here.

General

19. Simply reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the Cross Bar Challenge or Raffle at any time, where it becomes necessary to do so.
20. Simply’s decision regarding any aspect of the Cross Bar Challenge and/or Raffle is final, binding and non-negotiable.
21. The prizes or vouchers for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
22. Simply reserves the right to substitute the prize or voucher with an alternative prize or voucher of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Simply’s control make it necessary to do so. Any substitution will be within the entire discretion of Simply. In the event the winner does not accept the substitution, they will forfeit their right to the prize or voucher.
23. Simply must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place, if requested by the Advertising Standards Authority.
24. Simply reserves all rights to disqualify an entrant or winner if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Cross Bar Challenge and Raffle.
25. These terms and the Cross Bar Challenge and Raffle are governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
