I joined Simply in December 2022 and have worked across several industries, such as financial services, medical and charities, all within a Customer Service role. I am responsible for the smooth running of the Customer Service team and overseeing any complaints. I am passionate about providing an excellent service to our customers and ensuring that we provide a best-in-class customer experience. Outside of work, I enjoy baking and am currently learning Spanish.
