I work in the Customer Services department at Simply, where my main responsibilities are putting together settlement letters, providing clearance of agreements, and answering emails and phone queries. My previous experience is mainly in customer service roles, for example at BMW. Outside of work I love dancing, fitness, and attending music festivals.
