From day one, we have focused on creating a ‘can do’, approachable and happy culture. We wanted to make sure that this was embedded in the foundations of our business. Our nine values – articulated in the video below – then support our culture. These values are deep in our DNA, meaning we live and breathe them every day. They make up our heart and soul and they define who we are.
