The Leasing Foundation names Simply’s Robyn and Charlotte as rising stars in asset finance
Congratulations to HR Administrator, Robyn Glenny and Head of Business Support, Charlotte Downing in making it into The Leasing Foundations inaugural 30 under 30 index. The index is published annually and celebrates the most influential and highest achieving individuals in the asset finance industry.
Robyn and Charlotte have both demonstrated their commitment to business growth, professional excellence and are making an impact in the sector.
Roumena Goscomb, Simply’s General Counsel and HR Director said: “This is an amazing achievement. Simply is all about empowering the next generation of individuals. We put a high value on the potential of people in our recruitment and our ethos is centred on diversity and new talent. We fully support our people from all backgrounds and are committed to developing them. Robyn and Charlotte have been driven members of the team since the beginning, going from strength to strength and deserve to be recognised as rising stars in asset finance.”
The rising stars, all who are aged 30 and under, received their accolade at the Asset Finance Connect awards evening earlier this week.
Nathan Mollett, director at the Leasing Foundation said: “The Leasing Foundation 30 under 30 index celebrates the individuals that are guiding the industry forward. We were inundated with nominations, all of which were of an incredibly high standard, which made the judging process very tough. In the end, we had to focus on looking at the qualities and the skills required to prosper in today’s competitive and fast-changing environment. It’s a privilege to shine a light on a diverse and impressive mix of next-generation leaders who are shaping the future of business finance. They all have great careers ahead of them.”
Mike Randall, Simply CEO and chair of the Leasing Foundation commented: “These 30 ambitious professionals demonstrate the talent, drive and leadership to steer the asset finance industry through the next stage of evolution and disruption. It is heartening to see our industry in such safe hands for the coming years.”
