Simply supports electrification of Heathrow-based transport company

Airsym Limited are an established, Heathrow-based transport company that provide services for airlines, crew transfers, terminal transfers, and shuttles. Airsym have navigated their way through the turbulence the transport sector has seen in recent years, and have recently secured contracts which allow the further expansion of their fleet.  Like many other businesses, Airsym were looking to take the next steps in their journey to net zero and the electrification of their fleet, with the purchase of a brand new Yutong TCE12 electric coach.  

When Allen Jeyakumar, director of Airsym Ltd, had struggled to find a lender to agree to funding this new generation of asset, Simply were on hand to see how we could support. Airsym Ltd are a long-standing partner of Simply, and have supported them in the past by providing a flexible finance option on several vehicles in the current fleet.  

Allen said:

Simply’s team of dedicated underwriters took the time to understand the goals of the customer and extend their knowledge of the asset.  They agreed to finance the electric coach under the government backed Recovery Loan Scheme.
