When an existing customer came to Simply needing an emergency replacement for an out-of-service van, providing a swift solution was paramount. With the call coming in at 8am, there was a window to ensure the customer could get back on the road. 

The business is an established specialist generator and service supplier across the country. Often, this will take the business to locations off-road, requiring specialist 4×4 Sprinter vans. This is something typically very difficult to find quickly or even factory order. With business on hold and time being a critical factor, it’s truly a testament to the Simply team that the customer was back on the road by 3.30pm. 

Within half an hour of the initial call, utilisation of Simply’s dealer network allowed Stephen Chatterton to source the specialist vehicle through a trusted dealer. After connecting the dealer to the customer and agreeing to the sale in principle, the underwriting team were able to approve the proposal quickly. The deal was paid out just over 5 hours after the customer’s original call.
