Trainee Broker Development Manager

  • Trainee Broker Development Manager (Previous sales experience preferred but not essential)

Key Requirements:

  • A passion for sales.
  • Ability build and maintain relationships with brokers as well as introduce new partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and a passion for excelling.
  • Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding, professional customer service.
  • Good numerical skills with the ability to quote on finance agreements.
  • Ability to understand and confidently explain asset finance products such as Hire Purchase and Finance Lease.

The Individual:

We are looking for a self-starter looking for a new challenge and a career in asset finance! Sales experience is looked favourably upon, however not essential. The individual should be target driven, willing to learn and work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
