Technical service analyst


Office-based – London (currently home-based due to COVID 19)
Experience in the role is necessary (from any industry)
The role
  • Identify key areas of innovation within how technology is run and successfully launch a service management strategy
  • Set up and monitor proportionate service levels, including operational instability and disaster recovery
  • Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders and service providers
  • Service catalogue management and MI reporting
  • Continuous problem management and efficiency evaluations
  • Focus on continual service improvement
  • Identify and document key processes and improvements within technology


The individual
  • Comprehensive understanding of both agile delivery and ITIL service management methods
  • Strong and proven track record in relationship building and internal customer management
  • Robust interpersonal skills and an influential personality to motivate others
  • Strong customer-facing skills and relationship/account management traits
  • Commercially aware of business activities and requirements as part of the business strategy
  • Written and verbal communication skills with an approachable manner
  • Proactive and innovative problem solver
