Collections Manager (18-month FTC – Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a motivated individual. Collections Management experience is essential. The individual should have good initiative, willingness to learn and work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.

Responsibilities:

• Make phone calls daily
• Send emails daily
• Chase customers for outstanding balances
• Work closely with other teams
• Report into Head of Collections
• Provide reporting to Head of Collections
• Manage the Collections Team day-to-day
• Monthly reviews (1-2-1’s)
• Monthly Quality assurance
• Assisting with high end cases and litigation Recovery cases alongside Head of Collections
• Ensuring process documents are up to date
• Keeping shared monthly reporting sheets accurate
